What does Pxrker Quinn Media actually do?
We're a full-service branding and growth agency. That covers brand strategy and identity, social media management and content, photography and video, web design, and AI-powered automation like chatbots and CRM setup. Most clients start with one service and expand as they grow.
Do I need to buy a full package, or can I book one service?
Packages are built for businesses that want a complete brand or growth push, but individual services — photography, web design, social management — can be scoped on their own. Tell us what you need and we'll quote it directly.
Do you work with businesses outside your local area?
Yes. Most of our work happens remotely, so location isn't a barrier — we've run full brand and growth engagements for clients we've never met in person.
Which package is right for me?
No brand identity yet? Start with Starter Brand. Have a brand and need consistent content and growth? Growth Package is the most common next step. If your bottleneck is manual busywork — lead follow-up, scheduling, repetitive admin — AI & Automation tends to pay for itself fastest.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
Packages are one-time projects with no long-term contract. Ongoing work, like social media management, is billed monthly and can be paused or ended at any time.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. Most packages start with a 50% deposit to begin work, with the remaining balance due at delivery.
How long does a project take?
Starter Brand typically runs 2–3 weeks. Growth Package is an ongoing monthly engagement. AI & Automation projects usually take 1–4 weeks depending on scope.
What does the process look like once I sign on?
We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, follow up with a proposal and scope confirmation, then move into production with regular check-ins until delivery or launch.
How many revisions are included?
Two rounds of revisions are included with every deliverable. Additional rounds beyond that are billed hourly.
